Chef Stevee obtained her Associates Degree in Technical Science in Baking Science and Patisserie from Le Cordon Blue in Pittsburg, PA 2010. Chef Stevee spent her externship in a bakery out in Portland, Oregon. She came to Cleveland and started her career after pastry school working at Michael Symon’s Lola in downtown Cleveland. Her career path has led her to places like Trentina, Moxie, and Red the Steakhouse. Rounding out her portfolio, Chef Stevee added some culinary experience working for Zack Bruell at La Albatros and Chinato. She has held the title of Executive Pastry Chef at Adega at the 9 and Croquette Patisserie. Chef Stevee has had the opportunity to be a part of many places that have won Silverspoon Awards in Cleveland, and work with many James Beard Award winning chefs. Chef Stevee has always considered herself an artist with using chocolate and sugar as her medium. The definition of a chef is to teach. Chef Stevee’s love of learning and passion for teaching others is what inspires her to teach and bring a positive impact on her students.
