Graduate from the Cordon Blue in Miami with a Summa Cum Laude Associate of Science in Culinary arts and Chef Certificate and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Kent State University. Professional experience includes chef at the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove and the Doral Gulf Resort in Miami and Banquet Chef at the Indianapolis Marriott .
